SAFE COMMUNITIES WHERE FAMILIES THRIVE

Safety isn't about being afraid—it's about being free.

Join me in building a safer Kissimmee where every resident feels secure, supported, and seen. But let's be real about what safety actually means. It's not just about more police or tougher laws. Real safety comes when kids have something to do after school besides get in trouble. When neighbors know each other and look out for each other. When young people see a future worth working toward.

My vision includes investing in solutions that address the root causes of crime before they take hold. As someone who's mentored over 100 young people, I've seen firsthand how the right program at the right time can change a life's trajectory. That's the kind of safety we need to build together.

WHAT WE CAN BUILD TOGETHER

Community Policing That Builds Trust: As your City Commissioner, I will work with law enforcement to strengthen trust through transparency, accountability, and consistent community engagement. This means police who know the neighborhoods they serve, who show up to community events not just emergencies, and who see themselves as partners in building stronger communities. Because safety works best when it's built on respect, not fear.

Programs That Give Our Young People Hope: I will champion proactive solutions like mentorship programs, youth activities, and job readiness initiatives that address the root causes of crime by creating safer pathways for our residents. These aren't feel-good programs that look nice in photos. These are proven interventions that give young people alternatives to the streets and help them see a future worth building toward.

Infrastructure That Makes Us Safer: I will advocate for upgraded street lighting, safer sidewalks, and revitalized public spaces to ensure our neighborhoods are well-maintained, secure, and accessible for everyone. Sometimes safety is as simple as a streetlight that works or a sidewalk where kids can walk safely to school. These aren't glamorous solutions, but they're the foundation of safe communities.

THIS IS HOW WE BUILD SAFETY TOGETHER

Real safety isn't something I can deliver from City Hall alone. It's something we build together. Neighbor by neighbor, block by block, relationship by relationship. I will show up to neighborhood watch meetings, community safety forums, and youth programs—not just when there's a crisis or cameras rolling, but because that's where prevention happens.

I will work with my fellow commissioners to ensure our city budget reflects our commitment to both public safety and crime prevention, because we need both to build the Kissimmee our families deserve.

A safer Kissimmee is a stronger Kissimmee, and together we can make that our reality.

We're ALL Kissimmee—and we all deserve to feel safe and free in the place we call home.
