Talk to Tiffany: Listening, Learning, and Leading for a Stronger Kissimmee

Writer: Tiffany JeffersTiffany Jeffers

Wow! I am still feeling the energy from my very first Talk to Tiffany event at Panera Bread this past weekend. It was an incredible experience, and I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out to share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas.

As I sat down with small business owners, longtime Kissimmee residents, and community advocates, one thing became clear: we all want Kissimmee to be the best it can be—a city where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and every resident feels heard and supported.

What’s on Kissimmee’s Mind?

During our conversation, a few key topics kept coming up:

🚦 Traffic & Infrastructure – Kissimmee is growing, but our roads need to keep up. How can we improve traffic flow and make commuting easier for residents?

🏡 Affordable Housing – Families shouldn’t have to leave Kissimmee to find a home they can afford. What solutions can we implement to make housing accessible while preserving our community’s character?

💼 Local Business Support – Small businesses are the heart of our local economy. How do we create opportunities for them to thrive and bring more good-paying jobs to our city?

Hearing these concerns directly from the people of Kissimmee reaffirmed why I’m running for City Commissioner, Seat 4because real leadership starts with listening.
